- 以西瓜为试材,采用接种法研究了AM真菌和枯草芽孢杆菌对西瓜植株生长的影响及西瓜枯萎病的防治效果。结果表明:单独接种枯草芽孢杆菌或AM真菌都可以促进西瓜植株的生长发育,且对西瓜枯萎病有较好的防治效果;摩西球囊霉和枯草芽孢杆菌双接种对植株生长发育最有利,植株干、鲜质量及叶片数均不同程度大于其它处理,此组合对西瓜枯萎病防治效果最好,防效为82.1%。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the control effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi and Bacillus subtilis on Fusarium wilt of watermelon,this study used pot experiment to study whether AM fungi and Bacillus subtilis took effects on watermelon plant′s growth process and resistance to Fusarium wilt when inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum(FON).The results showed that single inoculation of Bacillus subtilis or AM fungi could promote watermelon plants growth and had a good effect on resist ance injuring by FON.Dual inoculation of Glomus mosseae and Bacillus subtilis was the best combination for plant growth including plant fresh weight,dry weight and leaf number,although the difference was not significant.It was also the best combination to increase watermelon plant′s resistance to FON,with control effect 82.1%.
