- 以宁夏压砂地主栽西瓜品种“宁农科1号”和“金城5号”为试材,测定分析了其坐果期植株的净光合速率(Pn)及其影响因子空气温度和叶温、光合有效辐射(PAR)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、水分利用率(WUE)的日变化规律,并对成熟后果实进行了品质测定。结果表明:“金城5号”的光合速率日变化为双峰型曲线,呈现出光合“午睡”现象;“宁农科1号”则为单峰型曲线;果实品质在总糖含量上“宁农科1号”显著高于“金城5号”。
- Abstract:
- Taking two main cultivars of watermelon ‘Ningnongke No1’ and ‘Jincheng No5’ at the fruit-set period from Ningxia grave-mulched field as materials,the photosynthetic rate and other influence factors,such as air temperature,blade temperature,PAR,Tr,Gs,Ci,WUE of leaves were studied,and the quality of fruit were determined after mature.The results showed that the diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate of ‘Jincheng No5’ had double peak curves and midday depression,while ‘Ningnongke No1’ presented one peak curve;and the content of total sugar of ‘Ningnongke No.1’was significantly higher than ‘Jincheng No5’.
