- 以灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)为试材,采用单因素试验和正交实验方法,研究了不同热胁迫温度、热胁迫起始时间、热胁迫持续时间对灵芝酸合成的影响,并通过热激条件的优化提高灵芝酸的生物分成,以期为灵芝酸的高效生产提供参考依据。结果表明:不同的热胁迫温度、热胁迫起始时间及热胁迫持续时间均对灵芝酸的生物合成产生影响。通过正交实验筛选得到生产灵芝酸的最佳条件为热胁迫温度42 ℃,热胁迫起始时间为发酵的第7天,热胁迫持续时间为6 h。在该条件下,灵芝酸含量高,达88.23 mg·L-1,是未经过热胁迫处理的1.93倍。
- Abstract:
- The Ganderma lucidum was used as experimental material,the effects of different heat stress temperature,heat stress starting time and heat stress duration time on the synthesis of ganoderic acid were studied by single factor and orthogonal experimental methods,and the content of ganoderic acid through the optimization of heat shock conditions was improved,in order to provide some ideas and theoretical reference value for the efficient production of ganoderic acid.The results showed that the biosynthesis of ganoderic acid was affected by the different temperature,starting time and duration time of heat stress.Then the optimal conditions for the production of ganoderic acid were as follows,the heat stress temperature was 42 ℃,the starting time was 7th day and the duration time was 6 hours,which measured by the orthogonal experiment.Under this condition,the content of ganoderic acid was as high as 88.23 mg·L-1,which was 1.93 times higher than the control that without heating stress treatment.This study confirmed that the content of ganoderic acid can be improved through the optimization of heat stress conditions in liquid fermentation of Ganderma lucidum.
