- 以灵芝为试材,利用Matlab软件对辣椒粉固态培灵芝菌丝体的培养基进行了优化研究,并采用Plackett-Burman法设计了培养基7个因素影响试验。结果表明:影响灵芝菌丝体生长的因素为大豆粉、大米粉和水;单因子试验确定了培养基中最佳的组成为大豆粉6%、大米粉4%、水100%。在此优化的条件下灵芝多糖的产量达144.7 mg/g。
- Abstract:
- With Ganoderma lucidum as test material,Matlab,a kind of scientific computing software,was used to optimize the medium for Ganoderma lucidum mycelium cultured with chili powder.Plackett-Burman method was used to design seven two-level factors experiments.The results showed that the significant factors were soybean flour,rice flour and water.In the end,single factor experiments determined the optimal compositions of culture medium were soybean powder 6%,rice 4% and water 100%.Under the optimal conditions Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide yield reached up to 144.7 g/L.
