枇杷枝屑代料栽培对不同菌株灵芝品质的影响

- 以5个不同的灵芝菌株为试材,采用枇杷枝屑代料栽培,以杂木栽培灵芝为对照,统计不同菌株灵芝子实体生物转化率、孢子量并检测不同菌株灵芝多糖、三萜、黄酮的含量,明确不同菌株灵芝子实体品质的差异,为更好地利用枇杷枝屑代料栽培灵芝选择菌株提供参考依据。结果表明:枇杷枝屑代料栽培灵芝对灵芝品质影响最大的是多糖含量明显增加,其次是三萜含量,对黄酮含量影响不明显;各菌株子实体对多糖、三萜含量提高幅度有差异。
- Abstract:
- Five strains of Ganoderma lucidum were cultivated by utilizing loquat twig powder substitute traditional material,confirming the quality differences in different strains of Ganoderma lucidum,with analysis on the biological efficiency of different strains of Ganoderma lucidum and spore production,and detecting polysaccharides,triterpenoids,flavonoids content in different strains of Ganoderma lucidum,and it would be a good reference for choosing strains of Ganoderma lucidum in cultivating Ganoderma lucidum with loquat twig powder.The results showed that loquat branches of chip generation material cultivation of ganoderma lucidum impact on the quality of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide was the biggest component followed by triterpenoid,impact on the flavonoids content was not obvious;there were differences in the strains fruiting polysaccharides,triterpenoids content increased margin.
