“雪梅1号”黑木耳在福建省区试及应用评价

- 以“雪梅1号”为试材,在福建省南平、三明、宁德和福州等地进行了2年5点的区域试验及示范。结果表明:在产量方面,“雪梅1号”平均单袋干耳产量86.1 g,比对照‘Au139’增产13.59%,其丰产性、稳产性和适应性都较好;在品质上,“雪梅1号”鲜耳较厚,皱褶多,耳型呈碗状,干耳商品性状好;在抗杂抗流耳能力上,“雪梅1号”抗杂能力与对照相当,抗流耳能力强于对照;在泡发率上,“雪梅1号”的泡发率14.3,比对照略低,但复水后耳片自然舒展,品相好。说明“雪梅1号”适宜在福建省区域栽培应用,较当地主栽品种在产量、品质和抗流耳能力等方面有较强的优势。
- Abstract:
- The regional testing and exemplary production of ‘Xuemei No.1’in Nanping,Sanming,Ningde and Fuzhou in Fujian Province during 2 years were conducted.The results showed that the average yield of dry ear of ‘Xuemei No.1’reached 86.1 g each bag,the yield increased by 13.59% than the control of ‘Au139’;the high yield,stability and adaptability were better.in the character,shape of fruiting body of ‘Xuemei No.1’looked like a bowl with thickness and corrugation,and commodity characteristic of dry ear was good;in the ability of confronting competitor and auricular erosion,‘Xuemei No.1’was comparable to ‘Au139’ in confronting competitor and stronger in auricular erosion;in the foaming rate,‘Xuemei No.1’ was 14.3 and had a low ratio to ‘Au139’,but it was natural stretch and looks better after water absorption.All of this suggested that ‘Xuemei No.1’ had great advantages to local varieties in yield,characteristic,ability of confronting auricular erosion and it was suitable for cultivating in Fujian.
