- 以白灵菇为试材,通过摇瓶方法,以白灵菇菌丝生物量、菌球密度及萌发活力指数为检测指标,对白灵菇高活力液体菌种培养条件进行了优化研究,以期提高白灵菇液体菌种的活力。结果表明:该菌株的最适培养条件为温度28℃,转速180 r/min,培养时间60 h;最佳培养基配方为3.0%玉米粉、1.5%葡萄糖、0.3%蛋白胨、2.0%黄豆粉、0.1%KH2PO4、0.1%MgSO4。
- Abstract:
- Taking Pleurotus nebrodensis as material,the appropriate liquid fermentation medium were studied by measuring the mycelial biomass,the peloton density and the amount of germination vigor index through shake flask method to enhance the vitality of Pleurotus nebrodensis strains of liquid.The results showed that the optimum culture conditions were as below:the culture temperature was 30℃,the optimal shaking frequency was 180 r/min and training time was 60 h.The optimum medium were 3.0% of the corn flour,glucose 1.5%,peptone 0.3%,soybean meal 2.0%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.1%.
