- 以兰科植物绶草菌根真菌为试材,通过分离、纯化、培养其菌根菌的方法,设置温度、光照、碳源、氮源和酸碱度等培养条件进行单因素试验,对菌根真菌在不同培养条件下的生长状况及培养性状进行了研究。结果表明:该绶草菌根菌在5~30℃时均能生长,最适温度为25℃;在各种光照处理下均能生长,但在黑暗条件下绶草菌根菌生长最好;偏酸性环境(pH 4.0~5.0)更有利于该菌根菌生长;对碳源的利用上,对果糖利用最好;对氮源的选择上,在硝酸铵为氮源的培养基上生长最好。
- Abstract:
- With Orchidaceae plant Spiranthes sinensis mycorrhizal fungi as the test material,by the mycorrhizal fungi separated,purified and cultivated mycorrhizae of Spiranthes sinensis,setting temperature,light condition,carbon sources,nitrogen sources,acidity and alkalinity and so on for single-factor test,the growth conditions and culture traits of mycorrhizae of Spiranthes sinensis were studied in different culture conditions.The results showed that Spiranthes sinensis mycorrhizae could grow within 5~30℃,and 25℃ was its optimum temperature;in all kinds of light conditions could grow,the optimum condition was dark;the optimum pH was pH 4.0 to 5.0;its optimal carbon sources was fructose;the optimal nitrogen source was NH4NO3.
