- 以波叶红果树无菌苗叶片为外植体，研究了生长素（NAA、2,4-D）、细胞分裂素（6-BA）以及不同植物激素组合对波叶红果树愈伤组织诱导和生长的影响。结果表明：以6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L激素组合愈伤组织诱导效果最佳，诱导率高达95.00%，生长旺盛。
- Abstract:
- Taking leaves of tube plantlets of Stranvaesia davidiana var. undulate as explants,the effects of different concentrations of 2,4-D,NAA,6-BA and different hormone combinations on the status of callus induced were studied.The results showed that callus of most vigorous growth were induced by the media 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,and the induction rate reached 95.00%.
