- 灵芝是一类重要的木腐真菌,其制种研究为进一步的大田栽培提供了原料基础。该研究以玉米秆为主要成分应用于灵芝制种培养基的制备,二级种和三级种分别设置了3种不同的配方,比较了灵芝菌丝在不同培养基上的生长速度、形态特征和菌丝中多糖含量。结果表明:灵芝菌株在培养基YM2B和YM3C上生长速度分别为(3.09±0.06) mm?d-1和(4.84±0.33) mm?d-1,多糖含量分别为(0.440±0.025)%和(0.279±0.032)%,生长优势明显,有利于进一步大田栽培应用。表明玉米秆可作为主要原料用于灵芝制种培养基的配制。
- Abstract:
- Ganoderma lucidum is an important wood rot fungi,the seed production provided materials for further cultivation.In this study,the corn straw was used as the main ingredients in the seed culture medium of G.lucidum.Three different formulations of medium were prepared,the growth rate and content of polysaccharides of G.lucidum mycelium were compared.The results showed that the growth rate of G.lucidum strain in the culture YM2B and YM3C were (3.09±0.06) mm?d-1 and (4.84±0.33) mm?d-1,respectively.The content of polysaccharide was (0.440±0.025)% and (0.279±0.032)%,respectively.The results showed that the corn straw could be used as the main material for the preparation of G.lucidum seed culture medium.
