- 采用常规石蜡切片法，用显微镜观察比较了10份枸杞属植物叶片不同部位的解剖结构。结果表明：10份供试材料叶片大多为条状披针形，叶肉中栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化，不同种间有差异，表现在栅栏组织和海绵组织的层数和厚度上；中脉的形状、叶脉所含的沙晶细胞的量都是区分点。

- Usingroutineparaffinsectioningmethod，theleafanatomystructuresindifferentpartsof10speciesofLycium Linn.werecomparedthroughmicroscope.TheresultsshowedthatthemajorityoftheleavesinLycium Linn.werestrip；therewasdiversityamongspeciesin LyciumLinn.aboutthedifferentiationbetweenpalisadetissueandspongytissueinmesophyll，mainlyfocusedonthelayersofpalisadetissueandthicknessofspongytissue.Theshapeofmidribandquantityofcrystalcellinitalsohaddiversityamongspeciesin Lycium Linn.
