观赏海棠叶色变化规律与色素组分动态

- 以119个观赏海棠品种的叶片为试验材料,在7—9月利用色差计对其叶色参数(色彩亮度L*、色彩饱和度C*、色相角h°)进行测定,并观察叶色变化,分析观赏海棠品种的叶片色彩在CIELCH色空间中的动态变化,分析不同品种间的叶色变化及其变化规律,为优良育种工作及园林应用提供参考依据。并利用光谱仪对色素组分(花青素Anth、类胡萝卜素Car、叶绿素Chl)进行测定,研究不同的海棠品种在7—9月的色素组分动态规律,为海棠观叶时期的筛选以及改良叶色提供参考依据。结果表明:7—9月,海棠各品种在色彩参数L*、C*、h°维度方向上主要表现为7月最为集中,9月局部分散,呈现有规律的变化,多数品种的L*和C*随时间逐步上升,在色度角h°的方向上,呈现整体上移的趋势,并且大多处于90°左右,即分布于h°的黄色区域。在7—9月,花青素、类胡萝卜素、叶绿素三大色素中叶绿素所占比重最高。由此可见,叶绿素主要决定了海棠叶片色彩的基调,而花青素与类胡萝卜素含量的高低给叶片色彩增加了多样性。

- Taking 119 ornamental crabapple varieties as experimental materials,and their leaf color parameters (color brightness L*,color saturation C*,hue angle h°) were measured by color difference meter from July to September.The dynamic changes of leaf color of ornamental crabapple varieties in CIELCH color space were analyzed,and the leaf color changes and change rules among different varieties were studied,providing theoretical reference for excellent breeding work.The pigment components (anthocyanidin Anth,carotenoid Car and chlorophyll Chl) were determined by spectrometer,and the relationship and dynamic rule of pigment components among different leaf positions of ornamental crabapple varieties were studied,which provided theoretical reference for the selection of fine leaf-observing germplasm and the improvement of leaf color of ornamental crabapple The results showed that from July to September,the varieties of Begonia showed regular changes in the dimension direction of color parameter L*, C*, h°,with the over all performance being the most concentrated in July and the partial dispersion in September.The L* and C* of most varieties showed an upward trend,and showed an overall upward trend in the direction of chromaticity angle h°,and were mostly at about 90°,distributed in the yellow area of h°.From July to September,chlorophyll accounts for the highest proportion of anthocyanin,carotenoid and chlorophyll,while the proportion of anthocyanin and carotenoid were relatively low.Therefore,chlorophyll mainly determines the color tone of begonia leaves,and the content of anthocyanin and carotenoid increases the diversity of leaf colors.
