- 以13个农家板栗品种为试材,利用统计分析方法对各品种5个叶片表型指标进行了分析,以揭示不同农家板栗品种间叶片表型性状的变异程度。结果表明:13份农家板栗品种叶片性状存在显著或极显著差异,各性状在品种间均有较大程度的变异,按变异程度大小依次为叶柄长(CV=21.61%)>单侧锯齿数(CV=12.44%)>叶长(CV=9.95%)>叶宽(CV=9.46%)>叶形指数(CV=7.11%);各种质不同叶片表型性状变异程度大小不尽相同,叶柄长、单侧锯齿数变异程度较大(CV>10%),表型多样性丰富;该研究为板栗种质收集、分类及核心种质构建奠定了基础。
- Abstract:
- With 13 native chestnut varieties as materials,5 leaf phenotypic traits of them were carried out by statistics methods,in order to reveal the phenotypic variation of chestnuts.The research showed that,significance of characters difference existed among 13 native chestnut varieties.The leaf phenotypic traits of chestnut had great variation among different native varieties.The variation followed the descending order of petiole length(CV=21.61%),number of the single toothed leaf margin(CV=12.44%),leaf length(CV=9.95%),leaf width(CV=9.46%),leaf shape index(CV=7.11%).The degree of phenotypic variation of different leaf traits among native varieties were different,variation level of the length of petiole and the number of the single toothed leaf margin was higher(CV>10%),which meant the phenotypic diversity was rich.The results of the study layed a foundation for variety selection,classification and core collection of chestnut.
