- 以丹参无菌苗叶片为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,研究了不同种类和浓度的植物生长调节剂对丹参叶片愈伤组织诱导、芽诱导及根诱导的影响。结果表明:MS+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L 6-BA利于丹参叶片诱导愈伤;诱导愈伤分化为芽的最适培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+1.5 mg/L 6-BA;诱导生根的最适培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L NAA。该试验为丹参的工厂化生产奠定了理论基础。
- Abstract:
- Taking the leaves of aseptic seedling as explants,using MS as basic medium,the effect of different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulators on tissue culture of blade callus,bud and root induction of Salvia miltiorrhiza were studied.The results showed that MS+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L 6-BA culture medium was suitable for blade of Salvia miltiorrhiza induce callus.MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+1.5 mg/L 6-BA medium was the optimum medium for callus differentiate bud.1/2MS+0.5 mg/L NAA was the optimum medum for root induction.It provided a theoretical basis for its industrial production.
