- 以香樟(Cinnamomum caphora L.)子叶胚为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,研究不同浓度植物激素组合对香樟子叶胚培养的影响。结果表明:在该研究所设浓度范围内,MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L子叶胚萌发率为41.7%,对香樟子叶胚萌发的诱导效果相对较好。
- Abstract:
- The cotyledonary embryo of C.camphora as the explants were cultured on MS medium supplemented with the different plant hormones combinations at different concentrations,the effect of plant hormones on the cotyledonary embryo culture was studied.The results showed that the highest germination frequency was 41.7% by using MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L.
