- 为获得更多的灵芝菌丝体产量,以单因素摇瓶试验法研究了发酵温度、发酵时间、发酵液的初始pH对灵芝液体深层发酵的影响;在此基础上,利用响应面法优化了灵芝液体发酵条件。结果表明:这3个因素对菌丝体产量的影响由大到小依次为发酵液的初始pH、发酵时间、发酵温度,而当发酵温度为28.7℃、发酵时间为124 h、发酵液的初始pH为5.9时,获得的菌丝体产量最大,为22.89 g/L,预测值与实测值吻合得较好。
- Abstract:
- For the yields of Ganoderma Lucidummycelium,different factors,including fermentation temperature,fermentation time,initial pH were studied comparatively by using single-factor test during the submerged fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum liquor.Based on the result of single-factor test,fermentation conditions were optimized by using response surface test.The results indicated that the three factors had different effects on the yields of Ganoderma Lucidummycelium and they were initial pH,fermentation time,fermentation temperature from high to low ordinarily;the maximum yields of Ganoderma Lucidummycelium (22.89 g/L) was acquired under the conditions that the temperature,fermentation time,initial pH were 28.7℃,124 h,5.9 respectively.
