- 以中国沙棘休眠茎段为外植体，进行了组织培养二步成苗的技术研究。结果表明：茎段嫩梢萌发生长最适宜的培养基为B5+BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L，将其剪切成嫩梢的方式接种进行生根培养效果最好，最佳的生根培养基为1/2B5+IBA 0.05 mg/L。
- Abstract:
- The technique of two-step-seedling formation from tissue culture of Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp.sinensis Rousi was studied,with the dormant stem segments as explants.The results showed that the B5+BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L was the most suitable medium for germination and growth of a little tender stem；To cut into its tender for a little way to rooting culture inoculated best，1/2B5+IBA 0.05 mg/L was the best rooting medium.
