- 以5个不同品种的红花为试材,研究比较了其种子萌发率,组织培养过程中的污染率、分化率和生根率,以及籽粒含油率和可溶性蛋白质含量等。结果表明:“吉红早熟”的种子萌发率高,分化率相对较高,尤其生根率较其它几个品种均较高,所以此品种适合作为红花组织培养的基因型,另外,“吉红早熟”品种的种子含油量较高,适合开发成为红花油类产品。
- Abstract:
- Taking 5 different varieties of safflower as materials,the seeds germination rate,the contamination rate,differentiation rate and rooting rate in the process of tissue culture and oil content and protein content in seed were studied and compared.The results showed that ‘Jihongzaoshu’ safflower had high seed germination rate and differentiation rate,especially the rooting rate compared with several other varieties was higher,so this breed was suitable as tissue culture genotype.‘Jihongzaoshu’ safflower seed had high oil content,so it was suitable for the development of a number of safflower oil products.
