- 以蚯蚓粪试材,“甜宝”草莓为供试植物,通过温室大棚栽培试验,研究了CK(不施肥,全部为土壤)、N100(全部氮由尿素提供)、M100(全部氮由蚯蚓粪提供)、M20N80(20%的氮由蚯蚓粪提供,80%的氮由尿素提供)、M50N50(50%的氮由蚯蚓粪提供,50%的氮由尿素提供)等处理对草莓土壤理化性质、酶活性、光合特性及品质和产量的影响。结果表明:与对照及N100相比,蚯蚓粪处理显著提高了土壤肥力;增加了土壤中酶活性;提高了草莓净光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素a及b含量,降低了胞间CO2浓度;草莓的可溶性固形物、糖分、维生素C、可溶性蛋白质含量等均增加,酸含量降低,提高了草莓产量。
- Abstract:
- ‘Tianbao’ strawberry was used as test materials,effects of different nitrogen treatments on soil physical and chemical properties,enzyme activity,photosynthetic characteristics,quality and yield in strawberry were studied by cultivation experiment in greenhouse,and the treatments were respectively that CK(no fertilizer);N100(all nitrogen was provided by the urea);M100(all nitrogen was provided by vermicompost);M20N80(20% of the nitrogen was provided by vermicompost and 80% by urea);M50N50(50% of the nitrogen was provided by vermicompost and 50% by urea).The results showed that the treatments of vermicompost increased significantly the fertility and enzyme activity of soil,improved the strawberry net photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance,content of chlorophyll a and b,reduced the intercellular CO2 concentration,increased soluble solids,sugar,vitamin C,soluble protein,and production of strawberry,but reduced acid content,comparing with CK and N100.
