秋冬温度骤降对鲜食葡萄抗寒性的影响

- 在秋、冬温度骤降后进行田间冻害调查并在实验室内对休眠枝进行低温处理,研究秋、冬温度骤降对鲜食葡萄抗寒性的影响。结果表明:秋、冬温度骤降对鲜食葡萄造成了严重的低温伤害,在所调查的鲜食葡萄品种中,“蜜汁”、“藤稔”和“8611”的芽眼抗寒力较强,而“京秀”和“京优”的抗寒力最差,其它品种居中。值得注意的是抗寒力强的品种在未经充分的抗寒锻炼时抗寒力不一定很强。抗寒锻炼时间越短温度越低冻害发生越严重,霜冻后5d“藤稔”在低于-15℃时发生严重冻害;“蜜汁”在-20℃下发生严重冻害;而“京亚”和“贝达”冻害发生程度较轻。

- Inordertostudytheinfluenceoftheautumnwintertemperaturedroponcoldresistanceoftablegrape,fieldinvestigationoffreezingcalamitiesafterautumnwintertemperaturedropandlowtemperaturetreatmentdormantbranchesinthelaboratoryweretreated.Theresultsshowedthatautumnwintertemperaturedropcausedseriousdamagetotablegrapes,insurveyedtablegrapesvarieties,‘Mitsushiru’,‘Fujiminori’and‘8611’hardinessstronger,‘Jingxiu’and‘Jingyou’weretheworsthardiness,othervarietiesplacedinthemiddle.Remarkablelythatthehardinessstrongvarietiesinthecoldwithoutfullyexercisehardinessnotverystrong.Withdoldresistanceexercisetimeshorterandtemperaturewaslower,themoreseriousthecoldhappen,‘Fujiminori’afterhavingthe5dcoldinlessthan-15℃hadseriousfrost;‘Mitsushiru’in20℃processingconditionshadseriousfrost;‘Jingya’and‘Beta’occurredlightfrostdegree.
