- 以甘蓝品种‘京丰一号’为试材,将椰糠和2种不同规格草炭(粒径0~6 mm、0~10 mm)分别与珍珠岩按不同比例混配(0~6 mm草炭∶珍珠岩2∶1、0~6 mm草炭∶珍珠岩3∶1;0~10 mm草炭∶珍珠岩2∶1、0~10 mm草炭∶珍珠岩3∶1;椰糠∶珍珠岩2∶1、椰糠∶珍珠岩3∶1),并以普通基质为对照,研究了不同育苗基质间的理化性状以及对甘蓝株高、茎粗、叶面积、鲜质量、干质量等生长指标的影响,以期筛选出秋季甘蓝最佳的育苗基质配方。结果表明:采用0~10 mm草炭∶珍珠岩(3∶1)混配的基质育成的甘蓝幼苗表现较好,叶面积(12.84 cm2)、根系(面积51.44 cm2、体积0.45 cm3、根尖数943.67个)、壮苗指数(0.091)、地上(下)部分鲜(干)质量(1.972、0.235、0.758、0.053 g)等指标均显著大于其他3种处理与对照。此外,椰糠混配基质培育的甘蓝苗在各个生长指标均低于草炭混配基质的甘蓝苗。
- Abstract:
- Taking cabbage cultivar ‘Jingfeng No.1’ as test material,the fine peat (0-6 mm),coir pith,coarse peat (0-10 mm) and perlite were mixed in different proportions (fine peat∶perlite 2∶1,fine peat∶perlite 3∶1,coarse peat∶perlite 2∶1,coarse peat∶perlite 3∶1,coir pith∶perlite 2∶1,coir pith∶perlite 3∶1) to carry out seedling experiment.The experiment explored the effects of physical and chemical properties of different matrix and growth indicators such as plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,fresh weight,dry weight of cabbage,in order to screen out the best seedling substrate formula for autumn cabbage.The results showed that the cabbage planted on the substrate mixed with 0-10 mm peat and perlite (3∶1) performed better.The leaf area (12.84 cm2),root system (51.44 cm2,0.45 cm3,943.67 root tips),strong seedling index (0.091),fresh (dry) weight (1.972,0.235,0.758,0.053 g) and other indicators were significantly higher than those of other treatment groups and control group.Additionally,the growth indexes of cabbage planted with coconut bran mixture as substrate were lower than those planted with peat.
