小型西瓜裂果相关性状遗传分析及相关性研究

- 以裂果性状差异显著的2个小型西瓜材料为亲本,对果实切裂应度、果形指数、果皮厚度及果皮硬度等4个性状进行了遗传相关性分析,以掌握裂果性状的变化特点及相互关系,其中以果实切裂应度为判断西瓜易裂与抗裂的主要性状。结果表明:裂果性状的变异系数范围在0.125~0.814,果实切裂应度的变异系数最大,果皮硬度变异系数最小;果形指数、果皮厚度和果皮硬度都是呈连续变异的数量性状;而果实切裂应度满足孟德尔分离定律特征,属于质量性状;相关性分析表明,4个性状中果实切裂应度与果皮厚度呈极显著负相关。
- Abstract:
- Two mini-watermelon lines that character of fruit cracking with significant difference were used as parents.The main fruit cracking related traits(fruit cut crack degree,fruit shape index,peel thickness and peel hardness) of watermelon and their genetic correlation analysis were conducted to reveal the variations of main cracking characters and their relationship.Fruit cut crack degree as the main trait was used to identify fruit resistant cracking and suspectable cracking in watermelon.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the 4 traits ranged from 0.125 to 0.814.The highest coefficient of variation was the fruit cut crack degree and the lowest coefficient of variation was the peel hardness.Fruit shape index,peel thickness and peel hardness were continuous variation of the quantitative characters.The fruit cut crack degree was a quality trait that fitted to the Mendel’s Law of Segregation Characteristics.Correlation analysis showed that the fruit cut crack degree had negative correlation with peel thickness among 4 traits.
