- 以绣线梅(Neillia thyrsiflora)的茎尖或带腋芽的茎段为外植体,采用组织培养技术,研究了绣线梅快速繁殖体系。结果表明:芽诱导最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,诱导率为90%;MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为最佳增殖培养基,增殖系数达7.5;1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L为最佳生根培养基,生根率66.7%。
- Abstract:
- Taking stem tips and internodes with axillary buds of Neillia thyrsiflora as the explants,the rapid propagation system in vitro was studied by tissue culture techniques.The results showed that MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was the suitable medium for explants induction of cluster buds,induction rate reached 90%;MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was the optimizing medium for multi-propagation,and its average proliferation coefficient reached 7.5;the optimal rooting medium of shoots was 1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L,the rooting rate was 66.7%.
