- 针对草莓大田育苗占地面积大、管理劳动强度大以及育苗质量差等问题,该试验提出了一种设施草莓高架分层育苗系统,并对其育苗效果进行了比较分析。结果表明:试验育苗周期内,高架分层育苗系统下“章姬”、“红颜”、“丰香”草莓品种繁育子苗数667 m2分别达54 019、41 124、44 930株,为常规地面育苗方式(对照)的2倍左右,且都为营养钵子苗;高架分层育苗方式下各品种草莓子苗新茎粗超过1 cm,成龄叶片达5片以上,叶色深绿,符合壮苗标准,定植成活率达97%以上;各草莓品种子苗定植后现蕾期、始花期与果实采收期相比于常规的育苗方式的子苗提前15 d左右。综合表明,草莓高架分层育苗系统及技术显著提高了草莓育苗的繁育系数与育苗整齐度,所育的草莓子苗质量好,定植后成活率高,显著提高草莓生产的上市时间,有利于实现草莓育苗的现代化、产业化与集约化生产。
- Abstract:
- In order to resolve the problems of low land-use efficiency,great labor intensity and bad quality of seedlings in the strawberry field seedling raising,an elevated and layered strawberry (Fragaria×ananassa) seedling raising system in greenhouse was proposed,and nursery effect was studied in the experiment.The results showed that the amount of nutrition pot strawberry seedlings of the varieties of ‘Akihime’,‘Benihoppe’ and ‘Toyonoka’ seedlings per 667 m2 were 54 019,41 124 and 44 930 plants respectively,was twice than the amount of bare root seedlings under coventional seedling rasing method.And also the strawberry seedlings under elevated and layered strawberry seedling raising method were stronger than the coventional seedling rasing method,the stem diameter,leaves amounts and one-time planting survival rates of the new seedlings with high SPAD value were more than 1 cm,5 pieces and 97% respectively.The date of squaring date,first flowering date and initial maturity date of different varieties planting daughter seedling under elevated and layered strawberry seedling raising method was 15 days earlier than the coventional seedling rasing method.The experiment result indicated the elevated and layered seedling raising system method could improve the propagation rate,seedlings quality and uniformity of the strawberry daughter seedlings,and it’s more suitable for the modernization and industrialization strawberry seedlings raising production.
