- 在已建立的常夏石竹愈伤组织再分化的基础上,以常夏石竹愈伤组织再生植株为试材,研究不同浓度6-BA、不同浓度糖和琼脂、培养基中附加不同浓度PVP和AgNO3等因素对常夏石竹愈伤组织再生植株玻璃化现象的影响。结果表明:以MS为基本培养基,附加0.3 mg/L 6-BA、50.0 g/L蔗糖、10.0 g/L琼脂、30.0 g/L PVP和1.0 mg/L AgNO3能有效地降低常夏石竹试管苗玻璃化。
- Abstract:
- The shoots of Dianthus plumarius L.were taken as explants to study the prolifertion and its vitrification.On the established regeneration medium,the different concentrations of 6-BA,sucrose,agar,PVP and AgNO3 were supplemented to test their effects on the vitrification of Dianthus plumarius L.The results showed that the basic culture medium was MS containing 6-BA 0.3 mg/L,sucrose 50 g/L,agar 10.0 g/L,PVP 30 g/L and 1.0 mg/L AgNO3,it could effectively prevent seedling vitrification from occurring.
