- 以铁皮石斛幼芽为外植体，研究比较了不同基本培养基、不用浓度NAA和不同天然添加物对铁皮石斛分蘖和生根的影响，以期探讨组培条件下影响铁皮石斛幼芽分蘖及生根的培养条件。结果表明：培养基类型、NAA浓度及天然添加物的类型和浓度对铁皮石斛幼芽的分蘖和生根有显著的影响。1/2MS培养基适合幼芽分蘖繁殖，20 mg/L的NAA和10%香蕉泥可促进幼芽的分蘖与生根。
- Abstract:
- With plumules of Dendrobium officinale as explants,the effect of different pure culture mediums,various concentrations of NAA and different natural medium supplements on tillering and rooting of buldet of tissue culture of Dendrobium officinale were studied,in order to screen the cultivation conditions of the tillering and rooting of buldet of Dendrobium officinale.The results showed that tillering and rooting of buldet were distinctly influenced by types of medium,NAA concentration,types and concentration of natrual medium supplement in culture medium.Culture medium of 1/2MS was suitable for tillering propagation2.0 mg/L NAA and 10% mashed potato were good for tillering and rooting.
