- 以美国引进的草莓品种“赛娃”的顶芽为试材,研究了不同激素及组合对草莓组培苗快速繁殖和生根的影响。结果表明:适合继代增殖的培养基是MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L;适合生根的培养基1/2MS+IBA0.1mg/L;该试验为草莓大规模繁殖和工厂化育苗提供了理论依据。

- Terminalbudof‘Saiwa’strawberryintroducefromtheUnitedStateswasusedasmaterials,effectofdifferentkindsofhormoneanditscombinationontherapidpropagationandrootingwerestudied.TheresultsshowedthatoptimalmediumforproliferouswasMS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L,optimalmediumforrootingwas1/2MS+IBA0.1mg/L.Thispaperprovidedthetheorybasisforlarge-scalerapidpropagationandindustrialseedcultureofstrawberry.
