- 以“荣誉4010”西瓜为试材,研究了不同外植体类型、激素配比和苗龄对西瓜植株再生频率的影响。结果表明:以MS+BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L为培养基,3 d苗龄的子叶为外植体不定芽诱导率达96.7%,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L,生根率可达100.0%。
- Abstract:
- The effects of different explants,different concentration of the hormone and different seeding age on the regeneration of watermelon were studied using ‘honor 4010’ watermelon as materials.The results showed that the cotyledon cultured for 3 days had the highest regeneration frequency of 96.7%,when it was placed in the MS+BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L and the rate of inducement arrived at 100.0%.
