- 为探明江西省五府山野生猕猴桃种质资源分布现状并发掘具有育种价值的优异种质,为野生猕猴桃资源保育及合理开发利用奠定基础,2017—2018年对五府山野生猕猴桃种质进行收集与评价。结果表明:五府山野生猕猴桃种质资源丰富,其中以野生毛花猕猴桃居多,占收集种质的78.88%。2年共收集161份野生猕猴桃种质,其中毛花猕猴桃雄株77份、雌株50份;中华猕猴桃雄株6份、雌株14份;长叶猕猴桃雄株3份、雌株11份;野生猕猴桃种质分布海拔跨度为636~1 041 m,雌雄株交叉分布。从供试野生猕猴桃种质中挖掘出20份单花药花粉数均大于6 000个、雄蕊数均大于120枚、花粉活力均高于80%的优良授粉雄株种质;3份大果型种质,其单果质量为20 g以上;3份高干物质类型种质,其果实软熟后干物质含量均大于17%。该研究可为后期优良种质选育及品种遗传改良提供原始材料。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the distribution status of wild kiwifruit germplasm resources and mining excellent wild kiwifruit germplasm with breeding value,lay the foundation for rational development and utilization of wild kiwifruit resources in this area,wild kiwifruit germplasm resources in Wufu Mountain from 2017 to 2018 were collected and evaluated.The results showed that Wufu Mountain was rich in wild kiwifruit germplasm resources,of which wild Actinidia eriantha was in the majority,accounted for 78.88%.A total of 161 wild kiwifruit germplasm was collected,of which 77 were male and 50 were female of A.eriantha;there were 20 A.chinensis,including 6 males and 14 females;14 A.hemsleyana,including 3 male and 11 female kiwifruit germplasm.The distribution of wild kiwifruit germplasm spans from 636 m to 1 041 m above sea level,with cross distribution of male and female plants.According to the investigation results,20 excellent pollinated male germplasm with more than 6 000 single anther pollen,more than 120 stamens and more than 80% pollen activity were dug out from wild kiwifruit germplasm.3 large fruit germplasm with single fruit weight of more than 20 g;the dry matter content of the fruits of the 3 high dry matter germplasm varieties was more than 17% after soft ripening.It can provide the original material for the breeding of excellent germplasm and the genetic improvement of varieties.
