- 以大蒜为试材,采用田间试验的方法,研究了不同浓度的石灰配施一定量的生物有机肥对大蒜生理形态、品质及产量的影响,以期为改良连作土壤酸性、提高大蒜产量及品质提供参考依据。结果表明:高浓度石灰配施生物有机肥,促进了大蒜各个时期的生长发育;随着石灰量的增加,株高、茎粗和产量均显著增加,2014、2015年LOF2(200 g?m-2石灰配施100 kg?hm-2生物有机肥)的产量较不施肥(CK)分别增加了32.99%、53.09%;此外,各处理下大蒜叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的含量均有不同程度的降低,反之鳞茎中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的含量相对提高,LOF2.的表现效果最为明显;由此证明,高浓度石灰配施生物有机肥可以有效的改良连作障碍性土壤,达到提高大蒜品质和增加大蒜产量的目的。
- Abstract:
- In this experiment,garlic was used as test material,and field experiments were carried out to study the effects of different concentrations of lime combined with certain amount of bio-organic fertilizer on garlic physiological shape,quality and yield,in order to improve the acidity of continuous cropping soil and improve the quality and yield of garlic.The results showed that the high concentration of lime combined organic fertilizers could promote the growth and development period of garlic;with the increase of the amount of lime,plant height,stem diameter and yield were significantly increased.From 2014 to 2015,the yield of LOF2(200 g?m-2+100 kg?hm-2 bio-organic fertilizer)compared with CK were increased by 32.99%,53.09%;in addition,each treatment had lower soluble sugar and soluble protein content in garlic leaves in different degree,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased in bulbs,LOF2 showed the most significantly;it was proved that the high concentration of lime combined organic fertilizers could improve soil continuous cropping obstacles effectively,improve the quality and increase the yield of garlic.
