镀锌化工废水对大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂的影响

摘要:: 用不同浓度的镀锌工业废水分别处理大蒜根尖16、24h,以蒸馏水为对照,分析检测了常规染色压片技术对大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂过程的影响。结果表明:不同浓度、不同时间的镀锌工业废水分别处理大蒜根尖均对大蒜根尖细胞的生长产生明显的抑制作用,与对照相比有丝分裂指数均下降,细胞的畸变率上升。表明镀锌工业废水对大蒜根尖细胞有明显的遗传毒性和细胞毒性影响。
