平菇发酵料生产新技术

- 平菇栽培基本以袋式熟料栽培为主，接种要求严格，大都通过人工装袋等繁杂工序，费工费时，成本高。为了探索简单、易行、成本低的栽培方法，课题组经多年栽培试验总结出玉米芯发酵法栽培平菇技术，该栽培方法与熟料栽培法比较具有省工、省时，成本低、效益高的优点。
