- 中国已成为世界草莓栽培和消费的第一大国。为满足消费者一年四季对草莓鲜果的消费需求,近年来,我国在高海拔冷凉地区利用四季品种进行夏秋草莓生产有了较大发展,云南已成为我国四季草莓栽培面积最大的优势产区。该研究主要以云南四季草莓主产区会泽县为例,对高海拔冷凉地区四季草莓夏秋生产中的关键技术进行了阐述,以期为我国四季草莓夏秋生产提供参考和借鉴。
- Abstract:
- China has become the largest country for strawberry cultivation and consumption in the world.Additionally,China has make great progress in the production of summer and autumn strawberries by planting seasonal varieties in high-altitude cold areas in recent years,which is to meet the consumer demand for fresh strawberry throughout the year.Yunnan acts as strawberry favorable area in China,becoming an important production center of seasonal strawberry year by year.The study mainly introduced the key production technology of seasonal strawberry in summer and autumn in cold and high altitude areas,which took Huize county that was the main producing area of seasonal strawberry in Yunnan as an example.Besides that,the main purpose of this study was to provide reference for the summer and autumn production of seasonal strawberry in China.
