- 以新疆博斯腾湖周边采集的野生蘑菇为试材,采用形态学和rDNA ITS序列方法对其进行物种鉴定,并采用系统化学预试法对其子实体中的化学成分进行初步测定,明确该野生蘑菇的分类地位,及其子实体所含化学成分。结果表明:采集的野生蘑菇样本为巴尔喀什蘑菇,其子实体营养成分丰富,含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、多糖、苷类、有机酸、酚类、鞣质类、甾体类、三萜类、黄酮类、内酯类、挥发油类等化学成分,是一种极具开发价值的食用菌。
- Abstract:
- The wild mushroom that was collected from the reed beach of the Bosten Lake in Xinjiang,was used as experimental materials.The identification of Agaricus balchaschensis was carried out by morphology and rDNA ITS sequence analysis,and the chemical composition in fruiting body was preliminarily determined by systematic chemical pretest method.The results showed that the wild mushroom was Agaricus balchaschensis Samgina & G.A.Nam,and its fruit body contained amino acids,polypeptides,proteins,polysaccharides,glycosides,organic acids,phenols,tannins,steroids,triterpenes,flavonoids,lactones,volatile oils and other chemical constituents.Agaricus balchaschensis of Bosten Lake was rich in nutrition,and was a kind of edible mushroom with great development value.
