西瓜嫁接苗株型化学调控技术的初步研究

- 以西瓜嫁接苗为试材,采用叶面喷施的方式,研究了矮壮素、比久、多效唑、宇花灵3号等4种不同浓度植物生长调节剂处理对西瓜嫁接苗形态指标、叶柄生长及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:50、100、150 mg/L多效唑处理下,西瓜嫁接苗株高、第1、2节叶片长和宽及地上部干重等显著降低,第1、2节叶柄生长速率显著降低,叶绿素含量显著增大。初步得出多效唑可能是一种可有效调控西瓜嫁接苗株型的植物生长调节剂。
- Abstract:
- Taking watermelon grafted seedlings as materials,through spraying plant,the influence of four kinds of different plant growth regulators with different concentration treatment of paclobutrazol,daminozide,chlormequat chloride and yuhualing No.3 on watermelon grafted seedlings apparent morphological indexs,petiole growth and chlorophyll content was studied.The results showed that the scion height,the length and width of first and second leaf and shoot dry weight of watermelon grafted seedlings were significantly decreased,the growth rate of first and second leaf petioles were effectively inhibited with the treatments of 50 mg/L,100 mg/L and 150 mg/L paclobutrazol.Compared with the control,the chlorophyll content was also increased with the paclobutrazol treatments.Therefore,paclobutrazol may be a suitable regulator for control the growth of watermelon grafted seedlings.
