- 利用组织培养进行繁育是百合无毒化、商品化和产业化发展的必然趋势。现从外植体选择与处理、再生体系途径(愈伤组织途径、不定芽途径、小鳞茎途径、体细胞胚途径)、目前组织培养中存在的问题(主要是污染、褐化和玻璃化)等方面综述了百合组织培养研究现状,并对今后的发展进行了展望,旨在为百合无毒种苗的工厂化繁育提供理论依据。
- Abstract:
- It is an inevitable trend to use tissue culture for nontoxic propagation,commercialization and industrialization of Lilium brownie.The research status of its tissue culture were reviewed from aspects of the explants selection and processing,regeneration system pathway(callus,adventitious bud,bulblet,and somatic embryo)and the main problems existed at present(mainly pollution,browning and vitrification),and the future development was prospected.All above information can provide theoretical basis for the non toxic seedling propagation of Lilium brownie on a factory scale.
