- 对洛阳地区的“洛阳红”、“五大洲”、“乌金耀辉”、“海黄”、“赵粉”和“脂红”等6个牡丹品种的茎、叶解剖结构进行了研究,探究不同品种牡丹的茎叶解剖结构与抗旱性的关系。结果表明:综合气孔密度、角质膜厚度、叶柄横切和导管特征等各方面因素,“脂红”、“洛阳红”、“赵粉”耐旱性较强,属于耐旱品种。
- Abstract:
- In order to identify the relationship betwteen the anatomical structure and drought resistance among six varieties cultivars of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.in Luoyang,namely ‘Luoyanghong ’,‘Wudazhou’,‘Wujinyaohui’,‘Haihuang’,‘Zhaofen’ and ‘Zhihong’,their anatomical structures were compared.The results showed that the observation indexes of their stomatal frequency,cutin membranal thickness,rachis cross cut and characters of vessel elements were comprehensived,‘Luoyanghong’,‘Zhaofen’ and ‘Zhihong’ of Paeonia suffruticosaAndr.had the stronger drought resistance.
