- 以“黄冠”番茄为试材,在测定天缘(T1)、中青(T2)、兰州(T3)3种不同育苗基质基本理化性质和养分状况的基础上,研究了不同育苗基质对番茄穴盘苗生长的影响。结果表明:在所采用的3种基质中,T1培育的番茄幼苗株高、主根长、地上和地下部干鲜重、壮苗指数、总叶绿素含量、G值等指标明显优于T2、T3处理,T3最小,但T2的持水孔隙度、EC值均大于T1、T3处理,因此,T1基质育苗效果最好。
- Abstract:
- Using tomato ‘Huangguan’ as test material,the basic physical and chemical properties of 3 kinds of different substrates (T1),(T2),(T3) were determinated,and the effect of different substrates on the growth of tomato seedling were studied.The results showed that based on the different substrates,root length,ground and underground stem fresh weight,seedling index,total chlorophyll content,G value index of T1 cultivated tomato seedlings was superior to that of T2,T3;T3 was the minimum,but water retention porosity,EC values of T2 were more than T1,T3;therefore,T1 had the best effect on tomato seedling.
