割蔓再生技术对两个西瓜品种生长及产量影响

- 以海南大棚西瓜主栽品种“早佳”和“蜜童”为试材,研究了割蔓再生技术对2个西瓜品种生长及产量的影响。结果表明:割蔓再生技术处理中2个西瓜品种的叶片转化酶含量、根系活力与总产量显著高于CK处理,“蜜童”品种叶片中的过氧化氢酶含量显著高于CK处理,2个西瓜品种叶片的超氧化物歧化酶含量的各处理之间差异不显著。表明西瓜割蔓再生处理在一定程度上对2个西瓜品种叶片中的保护性酶含量起到了提高作用,有效缓解了西瓜一次性栽培的后期衰老问题。
- Abstract:
- With watermelon cultivars ‘Zaojia’ and ‘Mitong’ as experimental materials in Hainan greenhouse,the effects of vine-cutted regeneration techniques of watermelon on the two watermelon cultivars were studied.The results showed that vine-cutted regeneration techniques of watermelon treatment on invertase of leaf content,root activity,and total production were significantly higher than CK treatment,content of catalase of leaf of ‘Mitong’ treatment were significantly higher than CK treatment,super-oxide of leaf content had no significantly difference between each treatment on two cultivars of watermelon.The results also showed that vine-cutted regeneration techniques of watermelon had enhanced the content of protective enzyme on two cultivars of leaf,this technique had effect on mitigation of one-time cultivation of senile problem at later period of watermelon.
