花叶绿萝的组织培养与快速繁殖

- 分别以绿萝茎尖、茎段(不带节)、叶片、带节茎段作为外植体,在不同培养基上对花叶绿萝进行不定芽的诱导、继代、生根以及移栽等研究,以期在短时间内获得大量性状优良的花叶绿萝种苗,建立其快繁体系。结果表明:最佳的外植体是带节的茎段,最佳的不定芽诱导培养基和增殖培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,诱导率和增殖率均为100%,而且增殖的不定芽数量较多,可达7~10个;生根培养基以1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L为最好,生根率100%,而且幼苗长势旺盛。可以利用该方法建立花叶绿萝的快繁体系,实现其规模化生产。
- Abstract:
- Chosenstemtip,thestemsection(withoutbud),youngleavesandthestemsectionasexplants,adventitiousbudsinduction,subculture,rootingandtransplantingindifferenthormonelevelsandmediawerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthestemsectionwasthebestexplant.ThebestmediumwasMS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/Lforadventitiousbudsinductionandsubculture,theinductionrateandsubcultureratewereall100%,thequantityofadventitiousbudswas7~10;Thebestmediumofrootingmediumwas1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L,therootingratewas100%andtheseedlinggrowthvigourexuberantly.ThemethodshouldbeusedtoestablishtherapidpropagationsystemandrealizescaleproductionforScindapsusaurus.
