- 通过分离、纯化、培养山兰菌根菌,设置温度、光照、碳源、氮源和pH值等培养条件进行单因素试验,研究山兰菌根菌在不同培养条件下生长状况及培养性状,并对数据进行方差分析。结果表明:该山兰菌根菌在5~30℃都能生长,最适温度是20℃;在各种光照条件下均能生长,其中12 h光照、12 h黑暗条件下山兰菌根菌生长最好;适宜生长的pH 5.0~6.0;在碳源方面对葡萄糖利用最好;在氮源方面对甘氨酸利用最好。
- Abstract:
- By means of separating,purifying,cultivating mycorrhizae of Oreorchis patens,setting temperature,light condition,carbon sources,nitrogen source,acidity and alkalinity and so on for single-factor test,the growth conditions and culture traits of mycorrhizae of Oreorchis patens were studied in different culture conditions.The results showed that Oreorchis patens mycorrhizae could grow within 5~30℃,and 20℃ was its optimum temperature; In all kinds of light conditions could grow,the optimum condition was 12 hours of light and 12 hours of night; the optimum pH was pH 5.0 to 7.0; its optimal carbon sources was glucose; the optimal was glycine.
