- 以新疆五大产区栽培的鲜食葡萄品种“户太8号”“阳光玫瑰”“甜蜜蓝宝石”“新郁”为试材,采用相关性分析、主成分分析等方法,对其物候期、新梢长度、茎节粗度、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶面积、果实纵径、果实横径、单果质量等指标进行了动态测量与分析,以期为新疆各地的葡萄品种选择与推广提供科学的参考依据。结果表明:物候期最早的产区是和田河流域,最晚的产区是伊犁河谷;新梢长度最大的为和田河流域产区“新郁”,最小的为伊犁河谷产区“户太8号”;茎节粗度最大的为焉耆盆地产区“甜蜜蓝宝石”,最小的为伊犁河谷产区“户太8号”;叶面积最大的是焉耆盆地产区“户太8号”,最小的是伊犁河谷产区“户太8号”;焉耆盆地产区“甜蜜蓝宝石”的果实纵径最大,伊犁河谷产区“新郁”的果实横径最大,伊犁河谷产区“新郁”的单果质量最大。相关性和主成分分析结果表明,4个鲜食葡萄品种在新疆五大产区综合表现排名顺序为“新郁”(HT)、“新郁”(YQ)、“阳光玫瑰”(TH)、“户太8号”(MNS)、“新郁”(YL)。
- Abstract:
- The table grape varieties ‘Hutai 8’‘Shine Muscat’ ‘Sweet Sapphire’ and ‘Xinyu’ cultivated in the five major regions of Xinjiang were used as the test materials.The phenological period,new shoot length,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit transverse diameter,fruit weight and other indicators were dynamically measured and analyzed by correlation analysis and principal component analysis,in order to provide reference for the selection and promotion of grape varieties in Xinjiang.The results showed that the earliest phenological period was in Khotan river watershed,and the latest was in Yili river valley.The largest length of new shoots was ‘Xinyu’ in Khotan river watershed,and the smallest length of new shoots was ‘Hutai 8’ in Yili river valley.The largest stem node diameter was ‘Sweet Sapphire’ in Yanqi basin,and the smallest stem node diameter was ‘Hutai 8’ in Yili river valley.The largest leaf area was ‘Hutai 8’ in Yanqi basin,and the smallest leaf area was ‘Hutai 8’ in Yili river valley.The fruit longitudinal diameter of ‘Sweet Sapphire’ in Yanqi basin was the largest,the fruit transverse diameter of ‘Xinyu’ in Yili river valley was the largest,and the single fruit weight of ‘Xinyu’ in Ili river valley was the largest.Further step on correlation and principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive performance of the four table grape varieties in the five major regions of Xinjiang was ranked as ‘Xinyu’(HT),‘Xinyu’(YQ),‘Shine Muscat’(TH),‘Hutai 8’(MNS),‘Xinyu’(YL).
