- 以桑黄菌株(Inonotus linteu)S-1为试材,采用人工栽培试验,研究了不同培养基、培养温度、初始pH、桑叶提取物浓度对菌丝生长特性的影响,以期为桑黄菌株S-1人工栽培及开发应用提供参考依据。结果表明:桑黄菌株S-1最适斜面培养基为PDA,菌丝生长最适温度25 ℃、最适pH为50~55;优化条件下,在培养基中添加005%~030%的桑叶提取物,对试验菌株菌丝生长具有明显促进作用,其中以添加浓度为025%时促生长作用最为明显;在人工栽培培养基上,桑黄菌株S-1具有良好的子实体形成能力,其最适栽培培养基为木屑78%、麸皮18%、豆饼粉2%、磷酸二氢钾02%、硫酸镁01%、蔗糖02%,生石灰1%、石膏粉1%、桑叶提取物025%,含水量65%。

- Lnonotus linteu strain S-1 was taken as the test material.Factors that affected the growing characteristics of Lnonotus linteu strain S-1 mycelia were investigated,including cultivation medium,pH,temperature,and concentration of mulberry leaf extract in order to provide reference for the artificial cultivation and development ofapplication of Lnonotus linteu S-1.The results showed that the optimum cultivation medium was PDA.The optimum pH was 50-55,and the optimum growth temperature was around 25 ℃005%-030% addition of mulberry leaf extract to the culture medium obviously promoted the mycelial growth of the tested strain,and the optimum concentration of mulberry leaf extract was 025%.Lnonotus linteu strain S-1 had a good capacity to form fruiting body.The optimized artificial cultivation medium consisted of sawdust 78%,bran 18%,bean cake powder 2%,KH2PO4 02%,MgSO4 01%,sucrose 02%,lime 1%,gypsum 1%,mulberry leaf extract 025%,and moisture content 65%.
