- 以厚皮甜瓜品种“农大103”为试验材料,采用外源施镁的方法,研究了镁对厚皮甜瓜幼苗叶片中氮代谢的影响,以期为厚皮甜瓜高效栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:与CK对比,T1、T2和T3处理的硝态氮含量显著降低、铵态氮含量显著增加,T4处理则与CK差异不显著。T1、T2和T3处理的硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷氨酸合酶(GOGAT)活性均显著高于CK,T4处理的NR活性前期显著高于CK,后期呈下降趋势,T4处理的GS活性显著低于CK,而GOGAT活性则高于CK且显著低于T2、T3处理。各处理浓度中,40 mg·L-1处理与其它处理相比效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- Taking the muskmelon variety ‘Nongda 103’ as the test material,the effects of magnesium on the nitrogen metabolism in the leaves of muskmelon seedlings was studied by the method of exogenous magnesium application,in order to provide a reference for the efficient cultivation of muskmelon.The result showed that,compared with CK,the nitrate nitrogen content of T1,T2 and T3 was significantly reduced,and the ammonium nitrogen content was significantly increased,while the T4 had no significant difference with CK.The activities of NR,GS,and GOGAT treated with T1,T2 and T3 were significantly higher than those of CK.The activity of NR treated with T4 was significantly higher than that of the control in the early stage,and showed a downward trend in the later stage.The activity of GS treated with T4 was significantly lower than that of CK,while the GOGAT activity was higher.Compared with CK and significantly lower than T2 and T3 treatment.Among the treatment concentrations,the 40 mg·L-1treatment had the best effect compared with other treatments.
