- 以超声波法提取的六盘水野生刺梨根、茎、叶中的黄酮为试材,比较其DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力,以期为刺梨野生资源的进一步开发提供参考依据。结果表明:刺梨根、茎、叶黄酮对DPPH自由基的清除率分别是11.3%、5.2%、66.9%;对ABTS自由基清除率分别是61.1%、28.9%、89.3%;对羟基自由基的清除率分别是58.1%、19.3%、81.5%;对超氧自由基的清除率分别是48%、42%、50%,清除能力的强弱依次为刺梨叶中黄酮>根中黄酮>茎中黄酮。说明刺梨根、茎、叶中黄酮可以作为天然抗氧化剂开发,尤其是刺梨叶片的黄酮。
- Abstract:
- Flavonoids extracted from roots, stems and leaves of wild Rosa roxburghii Tratt by ultrasonic method were used as materials to compare the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical, ABTS free radical, hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion free radical, so as to provide some reference for the further development of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.The results showed that the scavenging rates of DPPH free radical by flavonoids from roots, stems and leaves of Rosa roxburghii Tratt were 11.3%, 5.2% and 66.9% respectively.The scavenging rates of ABTS were 61.1%, 28.9% and 89.3% respectively.The scavenging rates of hydroxyl radical were 58.1%, 19.3% and 81.5% respectively.The scavenging rates of superoxide free radical were 48%, 42% and 50% respectively.The order of scavenging ability was flavonoids in Rosa roxburghii Tratt leaves>flavonoids in roots>flavonoids in stems.The results showed that the flavonoids from roots, stems and leaves of Rosa roxburghii Tratt could be developed as natural antioxidants, especially the flavonoids from leaves of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.
