- 以“驻研1号”为试材,采用不同添加量的羊肚菌营养袋废料栽培的方法,研究不同配方对平菇产量的影响。结果表明:羊肚菌营养袋废料能够部分替代棉籽壳、玉米芯栽培平菇。不同培养基配方的平菇菌丝长势较好,生物学效率存在差异。综合分析比较,羊肚菌营养袋废料40%、棉籽壳15%、玉米芯32%、麸皮10%、石灰2%、石膏1%进行栽培时,平菇菌丝长势好,抗杂性强,生物学效率高达74.2%,综合经济效益高。
- Abstract:
- ‘Zhuyan No.1’ was used as the test material,and the morel nutrition bag waste with different addition amount was used to study the influence of different formulas on the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus.The results showed that morel nutrient bag waste could partially replace cottonseed husks and corn cobs to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus.The mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus with different medium formulations grew better and their biological efficiency was difference.Comprehensive analysis and comparison,40% of morel nutrient bag waste,15% of cottonseed husk,32% of corn cob,10% of bran,2% of lime,and 1% of gypsum.Strong resistance to impurities,biological efficiency was up to 74.2%,high comprehensive economic benefits.
