- 以栽培和野生曼陀罗种子为试材,采用浸种发芽试验,研究吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、萘乙酸(NAA)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)4种激素对曼陀罗种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:90 mg?L-1的GA3处理24 h后,栽培种和野生种曼陀罗种子的发芽率和幼苗的鲜质量、干质量、根长以及根表面积均显著提高。NAA处理后,低浓度(10-6~10-8 mol?L-1)时促进2种曼陀罗种子的发芽以及幼苗的生长,高浓度(10-5~10-4 mol?L-1)时抑制2种曼陀罗种子的发芽和幼苗的生长。当2,4-D浓度为1.0 mg?L-1〖JP+2〗时,野生种曼陀罗种子的发芽率和幼苗长势大幅度提高,而栽培种曼陀罗则在浓度为5.0 mg?L-1时发芽率和幼苗长势最佳。IAA处理后栽培种和野生种曼陀罗种子的发芽率和幼苗各项指标均在浓度为25 mg?L-1时达到最大值。综上所述,栽培种曼陀罗种子在NAA浓度为10-8 mol?L-1的处理下发芽率最高,在IAA浓度为25 mg?L-1的处理下幼苗长势最好;野生种曼陀罗种子的发芽率最高以及幼苗长势最好的IAA浓度为25 mg?L-1。该研究为曼陀罗的种植和推广提供了参考依据。
- Abstract:
- The cultivated and wild seeds of Datura stramonium were used as materials to explore the effect of different concentrations of GA3,NAA,2,4-D and IAA on seeds germination and seedling growth by seed soaking.The results showed that after soaking seeds with GA3 at 90 mg?L-1 for 24 hours,the germination rate and fresh weight,dry weight,root length and root surface area of the cultivated and wild seeds were significantly increased.After soaking seeds with NAA,the seed germination and seedling growth of two kinds of seeds were promoted at low concentration(10-6-10-8 mol?L-1),while the germination and seedling growth were inhibited at high concentration(10-5-10-4 mol?L-1).When the concentration of 2,4-D was 1.0 mg?L-1,the germination rate and seedling growth of wild seeds increased significantly,while that of cultivated seeds was the best at 5.0 mg?L-1.After soaking seeds with IAA,the germination rate and seedling growth of the cultivated and wild seeds reached the maximum at 25 mg?L-1.In a word,the germination rate of cultivated seeds was the highest under 10-8 mol?L-1 NAA treatment,while the seedling growth was the best under 25 mg?L-1 IAA treatment,and 25 mg?L-1 IAA was the best treatment for germination rate and seedling growth of wild seeds.This study would provide a theoretical basis for planting and popularizing Datura stramonium L..
