- 以香菇A05为试材,采用单因素试验和正交实验,以胞外多糖(EPS)产量为测量指标,筛选出最佳碳氮源,并优化了香菇A05产胞外多糖发酵培养基配方。结果表明:最佳配方为玉米粉2%,葡萄糖2%,麸皮3%,牛肉浸膏0.3%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO40.05%,pH自然,胞外多糖(EPS)产量为2.92g·L-1。

- TakingLentinulaedodesA05astestmaterial,thesinglefactortestandorthogonalexperimentwereusedtomeasuretheyieldofexopolysaccharides(EPS),andtheoptimalcarbonandnitrogensourcewereselected,theformulaoffermentationmediumfortheyieldofexopolysaccharidesofLentinulaedodesA05wasoptimized.Theresultsshowedthatthebestformulawascornflour2%,glucose2%,bran3%,beefextract0.3%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO40.05%,naturalpH,andtheyieldofexopolysaccharides(EPS)was2.92g·L-1.
