- 以金针菇菌株为试材,在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面设计法优化金针菇液体菌种的培养条件。结果表明:pH、温度、转速、接种量4种因素对菌丝干质量得率影响的顺序依次为,温度>转速>接种量>pH,并且在以接种量为9%、温度为22.3 ℃、pH 6.9、转速为114.0 r·min-1时,菌丝干质量可以达到7.998 mg·mL-1。利用Box-Behnken响应面设计法得到的液体菌种培养条件,可为工业化生产提供必要的技术支持。
- Abstract:
- Using Flammulina velutipes strain as a test material,based on the single factor test,the Box-Behnken response surface design method was used to optimize the culture conditions of Flammulina velutipes liquid strains.The results showed that the effects of pH,temperature,rotate speed and inoculum level on the yield of dry mass of mycelia were in the following order,temperature>rotate speed>inoculation amount>pH,when the inoculation amount was 9%,the temperature was 22.3 ℃,pH was 6.9 and the rotation speed was 114.0 r·min-1,the dry mass of mycelium could reach 7.998 mg·mL-1.The liquid strain culture conditions obtained by Box-Behnken response surface design method could provide necessary technical support for industrial production.
