牡丹革质花盘亚组野生种质资源研究进展

- 综述了牡丹革质花盘亚组野生种在分类、资源调查、遗传多样性及系统演化,以及与中国栽培品种群的关系等方面的研究进展;阐述其分类历史和存在的分歧,展示资源调查结果;多种遗传多样性研究方法结合证明该亚组牡丹具有较高的遗传多样性且系统演化复杂;总结得出革质花盘亚组牡丹野生种中除四川牡丹外,其余野生种均参与栽培牡丹的起源;最后,指出研究过程中存在的问题并提出相应建议,以期为该亚组牡丹野生种的保护和利用奠定基础。
- Abstract:
- Paeonia suffruticosa was not only an important ornamental and medicinal plant in China,but also an important novel woody oil crop.The wild tree peony resources of Subsect.Vagintae were mostly unique germplasm resources in China and played an important role in maintaining tree peony biodiversity and to improve breeds of tree peony.In this study,we reviewed its taxonomical history,resources investigation,genetic diversity and phylogeny,and its relationship with cultivar groups in China.We described the history and differences in classification,and showed resource survey results.Combined several genetic diversity research methods prove that tree peony of this subgroup had high genetic diversity and complicated phylogenetic structure.We concluded that all wild tree peony of Subsect.Vagintae except P.decomposita involve the origin of cultivated tree peonies.Finally,existing problems were emphasized and corresponding suggestions given,which might be helpful for improving conservation and utilization of these resources.
